No fresh headshots? No problem. We can update what you have for your one-sheet — swapping backgrounds, refining colors, or retouching so they look polished and consistent. Planning a new photoshoot? What’s the advantage of an Authority Brand Week?
This is an immersive, done-for-you experience designed to deliver serious momentum. Instead of dragging things out over months, we focus your brand, content, and design into one strategic, high-touch week — so you can start showing up confidently and consistently, faster. Less downtime, faster ROI, and no getting stuck in decision fatigue or endless revisions.
How much can be accomplished in a single week?
More than you think. With clear goals, prep materials, and a focused structure, we can build your brand identity, design and launch your website, and even create lead magnets or speaker materials — depending on the package you choose. This is what happens when strategy meets creative execution, minus the back-and-forth delays.
Do I need to be available all week?
Nope. We’ll kick things off with a planning call and you’ll have 1:1 access throughout — but you won’t be on Zoom all day. We’ll be doing the heavy lifting. You will need to be responsive and available for quick approvals, edits, and feedback so we can keep momentum going.
How long is the full process — from booking to launch?
We’ll schedule your VIP Week (generally 2–4 weeks out) during your initial Brand Alignment Call. Your payment (or deposit, if on a plan) is processed at that time to hold your spot. After you sign the agreement, you’ll receive your intake form, which must be completed in advance. We’ll have a planning call the week before to ensure everything’s in place. The design and build phase typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your package. The entire experience is designed to be smooth, focused, and momentum-building from day one.
Do you offer ongoing support after the week is over?
Yes, you’ll have 30 days of email access for quick questions, implementation guidance, and light follow-up. While we don’t offer major revisions after the VIP Week, we’re happy to clarify or point you in the right direction. For more hands-on support, we offer Authority Access maintenance packages.
What if I’m not ready to invest yet — can I book for later?
Absolutely. If you know you want to do this but need time to prep (or plan financially), you can secure your spot with a $500 non-refundable deposit. We typically book 2–4 weeks in advance. Payment plans are available. Book a Brand Alignment Call to explore your options.
How do I book?

What if I don’t have professional headshots yet?
No problem. If you don’t have recent photos, we can work with what you have and refresh them (color adjustments, backgrounds, light retouching) so they’re stage-ready. If you’d like brand-new shots, we can also recommend photographers or share tips to make sure you get the right images for your speaking assets.
Can you help me with talk topics and descriptions?
Yes. If you’re unsure how to position your talks or write descriptions, we’ll help you shape your ideas into clear, compelling copy. Together, we’ll refine your topics so they resonate with event planners and align with your overall brand and visibility goals.
Do you design speaker decks or slides too?
Speaker decks are a separate project. While they’re not included in this package, we do create on-brand slide decks that align with your one-sheet and speaker page. If you’d like, we can scope that as an add-on once your core assets are complete.
What if I need updates later?
We include 30 days of post-VIP support to cover tech support and quick questions — making sure your assets are live, linked, and working properly. If you’d like to make changes (like new talk topics, fresh copy, or updated photos), those can be handled later through a separate update session or maintenance package.
